As stated by Mark Gurman of Bloomberg, CEO Tim Cook of Apple, informed the members of staff over an hour-long all-hands meeting that their company must be successful in artificial intelligence.

After an earnings call, the meeting took place during which Cook briefed analysts along with the investors that Apple will “significantly” enhance its efforts in AI. He apparently sent a similar message to Apple staff members, saying, “Apple must do this.” This is what Apple will do. We can sort of take this.

Siri, the company’s voice assistant, has not received the promised updates in the past year, despite the introduction of other AI-powered technologies under the Apple Intelligence umbrella. In addition, Apple CEO Tim Cook appears to accept that the business is slipping in comparison to its competitors.

He apparently said:

“We’ve rarely been first. There was a PC before the Mac; there was a smartphone before the iPhone; there were many tablets before the iPad; there was an MP3 player before iPod.”

On the other hand, he says that the situation failed to discourage Apple from developing the “modern” versions of such goods.
